The 4-Stage Interview Process:

10% Intro, 60% Our Questions, 30% Your Questions.

  1. Background (60 Minutes)

  2. Competency (60-90 Minutes)

  3. Emotional Intelligence (60-90 Minutes)

  4. Values Alignment (60-90 Minutes)

Total: 5-6 Hours (Including 1.5~ hours of Assessments)

Our interview process is designed to equally assess character & competence.
