Services & Crew

 
  • At the moment, we do not provide editing services in-house. We are equipped and available for pre-production and production services. However, if you are seeking post-production services, we are happy to refer you to industry experts to help you complete your project.

  • If you already have a script, great! We can start from there to create your vision together. If not, no worries. We provide writing services as well, working alongside you to ensure your story and project stay true to your vision!

  • Our full production team includes a Director or 1st Assistant Director, Director of Photography, 2nd Camera Operator, 1st Assistant Camera, Gaffer, Key Grip, Sound Operator, Sound Mixer, Production Designer, PA/BTS.

  • We help provide crew as needed. If you have some roles already filled, we’ll help fill in the rest. Whether it’s one crew member, the whole production team, or no crew needed, we’re here to help you fulfill your vision!

  • Our team is mixture of union and non-union professionals. We are generally able to provide union contractors for most productions.

Equipment & Rentals

  • With our camera department services, we provide two cinema cameras, a range of cinema lenses (spherical & anamorphic), as well as camera support.

    With our Gaffing & Grip services, we provide full access to our 2-ton Lighting & Grip kit. Take what you need and leave what you don’t!

  • It’s as easy as reaching out! Contact us here for any rental inquiries and we’ll reach back out for avilability & a quote. A certificate of insurance is required for direct rentals with Bairn.

    No insurance? No worries! We also use ShareGrid as a rental platform. You can view our inventory / sign up here.

  • As long as your production needs! We offer rentals by the day, with promotional discounts for weekly & weekend rentals.

  • Our team ensures that equipment works properly before send off. We ask that our clients be knowledgeable of proper equipment usage prior to rental. In the case you experience malfunction during normal & proper use, we will issue you a replacement free of cost. In the case we cannot replace your rental, we will issue a full refund for your rental. In the case of damages due to malpractice or incompetency, the client will be responsible for repairs & replacement.

  • Yes! We offer delivery during our office hours (Monday-Friday from 10AM-4PM EST). Delivery Rate: $15 Minimum + $.68/mile.

  • Equipment rentals are on a “first come, first serve” basis, so our process of reservation requires prepayment for selected rental dates. After payment, your rentals will be locked in for your dates!

  • We ask that you or your authorized pickup person bring government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport to verify ID.

Payment Options

  • Upon agreement of services, we’ll send you an invoice through QuickBooks to your provided contact info.

    From there, we ask for 50% initial payment upon start and the remaining 50% upon delivery.
