Total Compensation at Bairn Includes: Base + Incentive

  1. Base pay is a fixed amount of compensation, whether hourly or salaried, awarded for performing essential job duties. It is primarily based on job-related skills and expertise rather than performance.

  2. Incentive pay is linked to performance:

  • Short-term incentive: Bairn’s Monthly Performance Bonus is a discretionary program designed to reward those who achieve short-term performance quotas.

  • Long-term incentive: Bairn offers bespoke bonuses that recognize and reward Bairn Team Members as they pursue ambitious company objectives and long-term goals.
